"While Aaron is a very kind person to talk to, it was painful going through this process with him. We started our refinance journey in December of last year and didn’t close until the last day of May. Throughout this whole process, we were told that we would be able to close one month and therefore not have to pay mortgage that month, only to have to call Aaron the very last day of the month, after not closing like he promised, and being told by him that we needed to pay mortgage before midnight that day. The happened basically every month this year. In between this, if we wanted updates, we had to literally drag them out of Aaron, calling him multiple times and texting to no avail. In the end, Amanda was the best, the one who set up our closing date, and the one who answered all our questions and was there whenever we called or texted. If not for her, we would have quit halfway through the process. Very disappointed in the complete disregard for us as people, for constantly leading us on about our closing date, and for the severe lack in communication. We won’t be using Movement Mortgage anymore. "
