"Ok, this journey actually goes back around 2021. A friend of a friend (Alex) referred me to Jeff. He said, I got a guy who will help you achieve the American dream, just listen and do what he tells you." Alex was aware that NFCU (Navy Federal Credit Union) and Liberty Bank told me, "They can not help me." I contacted Jeff, and he was brutally honest with me, with advice and hope. Jeff stated, "Gordon, you have to clean up your credit, get control of your finances, from credit cards, student loans, and car payments, make your credit a priority, and call me when everything is in order, and I will help you get a home". I made my credit priority number one. I wanted my kids to witness that dreams/goals are achievable. In April 2026, I made my last car payment to NFCU, and the following day I called Jeff to inform him that my credit was in order and that my car payments, student loans, and delinquent accounts were all paid and resolved. Amazing, Jeff remembered me and took my info, standard stuff, asking if I had a realtor, what property I'm interested in? Stating he will get back to me and see what he can do. The next day, Jeff said, "OK, my man, I'm familiar with Quail Run Village, let's do it". I hung up the phone and cried. Finally, I felt like all my hard work had finally paid off. I have nothing but positive things to say about Jeff. He was so supportive and unbelievably transparent with me; he helped me maintain my belief that this is really going to happen. Jeff's team members, Kim and CJ, were also patient and supportive."
