"Betsie was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! She went above and beyond to help us. I have NO issues with her at all! She stayed in contact with us 24/7 and even remained in contact while she was on vacation and made sure to check all emails and follow up because we were on such a tight schedule. She went above and beyond and always had great advice and suggestions when we hit roadblocks beyond her control. I said experience was just ok, because I felt like the underwriter was VERY nit picky and questioned every aspect. I felt like our money was worthless at times and I was not believed when I had proof of things they were asking for. Again, this has zero to do with Betsie and honestly I think it was more of Freddie Mac and Sallie Mae rules vs Movement, however I felt like things could have been smoother and less stressful if our word had been valued. There were things beyond our control that were being asked for and because we couldn't control the governments timing I felt like we were being punished and almost lost the loan and the purchase of our property. Again, nothing to do with Betsie as she was constantly looking out for us and using all resources at her disposal to help us and the process to the point of going to her superiors for answers. She is phenomenal at her job and deserves high praises! I couldnt have asked for a better loan officer. This is our second mortgage with movement and our first one was great and this one was a bit tougher however Betsie made me feel much better. I will most definately continue to do business with Movement. We have now worked with them for properties in both NC and TN."
