Joseph is a multifaceted individual with a diverse background. With 25 years of experience as a professional chef, he graduated from the esteemed Culinary Institute of America in February 1984 and honed his craft in various locations, including Amsterdam, New York City, Boston, New Jersey, and Virginia's top hotels and eateries. Transitioning to a new chapter in the late 1990s, he successfully ventured into the computer business in Richmond, VA, before transitioning to a Tech Support role at Cavalier Telephone in 2001. Following the company's acquisition by Windstream Communications, Joseph led the transport department, overseeing three call centers and 50 technicians until his retirement in 2016. Embracing a new career path at the age of 60, he became a loan officer, leveraging his extensive experience to deliver exceptional customer service and innovative solutions. Beyond his professional endeavors, Joseph is actively involved in his church, serving on the finance committee and leading worship as a bass guitarist and upright bassist. He also runs a bread ministry, providing homemade loaves to families in need within his church and local community, and generously supports Saint Jude on a monthly basis.
"Joseph was patient and friendly all the time, he kept me informed with almost everything, during this tedious process, on the other hand i wish processor and under writing would ask for much less paperwork and proofs and make it more accessible and convenient for the Coustomer, as the amount of documents and paperwork was outrageous! If it wasn’t for Joseph i would have chosen a different lender, saying that doesn’t make movement undesirable but rather an advice to get better!"
